This food is not fancy, precious, or pretentious - our style is flavorful, rustic, and hearty, featuring stews and soups, casseroles, and fresh salads. Nothing too complicated and featuring as many elements from scratch as possible.
We lean heavily towards plant-based foods, meat alternatives, organic poultry and fish, and whole grains. Our menu is kid-friendly and accessible for people who adhere to vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free and other specialized diets.
Inspired by cuisines from around the world, we create flavorful food that tastes fresh and delicious while supporting health and nutritional needs.
Weekly Meal Delivery
Want to eat balanced and tasty fresh foods but don’t have the time or interest in dealing with cooking and cleaning? Treat your family to a nutritious and delicious meal, delivered right to your door. Portions are generous, ingredients are fresh and seasonal, and will leave you nourished and with leftovers to spare.
Weekly menus are usually published on Wednesdays, orders are accepted till Sundays and cooking and local pickup/delivery happens Mondays.

For a more personalized option, our home cooking services accommodate various nutritional needs, diets and preferences - including kid-friendly, gluten-free, low-carb, paleo, keto, whole30, allergies, and others.
Services include shopping for groceries at the store of your choice, washing and prepping produce, stocking your fridge and pantry with ready-to-go meals, snacks and sundries. You will be left with a clean kitchen and nutritious food to last you from a few days to a week.
Menu options can include meat, poultry, fish, vegetarian or vegan options, soups and stews, casseroles, sides, and salads. We are happy to work with your dietician or nutritionist to make your meal plan a reality.

Final cost depends on several factors, including how many in your household and how many meals they will eat. Contact me to set up a (free) consultation and discuss options.
Basic charges: $20/hour for planning and shopping, and $35/hour for cooking and cleaning. This does NOT include the cost of groceries.Sample estimate:
